I chose this hotel for its location close to Sapporo Station and Odori Park for the Snow Festival. However, the lack of lift access from the street to the reception was a real hassle, especially with my luggage. The hotel feels dated, and I noticed a musty smell in the bathroom. While the rate was reasonable during festival time, the experience was marred by the missing amenities and the occasional delay at reception.
